Step:-1) Dial *62*17010# From Your BSNL Number.
Step:-2) Then you get a conformation msg "your missed call service activated successfully "
NOTE: After 90 days It is automatically deactivated ,because it is the term and condition on a bsnl .Then again dial *62*17010# this number and activate for life time
